Irazmi Perez has been involved in the Cheerleading Industry for over 25 years with a wide variety of experience and roles as a competitor, coach, choreographer, and nationally recognized judge. As an athlete, Irazmi was on the 5-time consecutive NCA National Champion Mater Dei High School Coed team, the University of Arizona Coed team, and the NCA Champion Cheer Athletics FierceKatz All Girl 6 Team.

Irazmi has been a USASF Certified Safety Judge, and Varsity & JAMZ panel judge at events around the world. Irazmi also holds coaching certifications through NFHS (National Federation of State High School Associations) and USA Cheer. As a former head instructor for the United Spirit Association, she is very familiar with the coveted “West Coast flair” seen in cheer and dance routines.

Her coaching credits include: Head Coach of the University of California, San Diego All Girl Cheer team, Assistant Coach of the University of California, Los Angeles Coed Cheer team and various nationally ranked high school and all star teams in CA and AZ. Her work has been highlighted in The OC Register, The WB Network, American Cheerleader Magazine and Inside Cheerleading Magazine.
